Norwich Ceramics Market - Vendor Terms & Conditions
Event: Norwich Ceramics Market
Date: Sunday 7th December 2025
Venue: The Forum, Millennium Plain, Norwich NR2 1TF
1. Who Can Take Part
We’re looking for independent ceramic artists and potters who make original, handmade work. This can be functional tableware, decorative pieces, sculptures, or anything imaginative — including pieces with animals, mythical creatures, or playful designs!
No mass-produced or imported items, please — this market is all about celebrating genuine craft.
2. How to Apply
Please submit your application by 10th August 2025.
We’ll let successful applicants know soon after the deadline.
Stalls are carefully selected to ensure a varied, high-quality mix of makers and styles.
If you’re offered a place, your stall fee must be paid in full by 1st September 2025 to secure your spot.
3. Your Stall
The pitch fee is £60, which includes a 6ft table and power supply.
We’ll confirm your exact pitch location and set-up details in good time before the market, so you’ll know exactly where you’re going and what to expect.
You’re welcome to bring extra display props, but please make sure everything fits safely within your allocated space.
Stalls must be staffed by you (or someone representing you) for the whole event.
Set-up and pack-down times will be shared closer to the day — please stick to these so everything runs smoothly.
4. Fees & Cancellations
The pitch fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
If you can’t make it for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your space to someone on the waiting list.
5. Insurance & Safety
Exhibitors must have valid public liability insurance that covers the full day of the market.
Norwich Ceramics Market and The Forum accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of your stock, equipment, or personal belongings.
Please ensure your stall is set up safely and doesn’t pose a hazard to visitors or other makers.
6. Respectful Trading
We’re all about creating a warm, welcoming market. Please be kind and professional towards visitors, fellow stallholders, staff, and volunteers at all times.
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if they fail to follow these basic expectations.
7. Promotion & Photos
By taking part, you agree that photos of you and your work may be used for event promotion, social media, and press coverage.
We’d love your help spreading the word too — every share helps make this market a success for everyone!
